Website enquiries are stored with our website hosting provider and are available to the site administrator for enquiry management.
What not to send
Do not submit medical records, government identification, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by contacting the VelvetMelt team. Records are kept while needed for the enquiry and related follow-up, then reviewed for deletion.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp and your email provider are separate services with their own privacy terms. A WhatsApp conversation is not automatically copied into this website’s enquiry database.
